How to remove your data from DVLA Theory Test App
Option 1: Delete from within the App
The quickest way to delete your data is directly from the App.
To delete local data only
Open the App and go to Settings
Scroll to the bottom and tap Reset All Progress
Confirm the reset
This clears all practice test scores, achievements, streaks, bookmarks, and progress from your device.
To delete your account and all cloud data
Open the App and go to Settings
Under the Account section, tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion
This permanently deletes:
Your Firebase account
All synced cloud data
Your local progress and settings
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the App, you can request data deletion by emailing us.
Email: teampremierlabs@gmail.com
Please include the email address associated with your account (if you signed in with Google or Apple).
We will delete your data within 7 days and confirm the deletion by email.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
Firebase Authentication account — your user ID and sign-in credentials
Cloud Firestore data — synced practice test progress, settings, achievements, and attempt history
Local device data — all SharedPreferences data including scores, bookmarks, streaks, and settings
Crash reports (which are anonymous and contain no personal data) are automatically removed by Firebase after 90 days.
Anonymous users
If you never signed in with Google or Apple, your data exists only on your device.
Simply uninstalling the App removes all data.
No cloud data exists for anonymous accounts that have not enabled sync.
